## What Is MINT™?

Memory Integration Narrative Transformation (MINT™) is a coaching modality that goes directly to the root of mental roadblocks — the brain's neural connections to painful memories. It uses visualization and bilateral stimulation to help the brain process and integrate memories quickly, often in a single session. Many clients report feeling lighter and more in control immediately.
